Bros don't steal other bro's girlfriends.
But seriously, no. She's a robot. It's weird enough when Joker is with her and her cold, metallic body.
Though I suppose it would be less weird for Shepard; he's/she's part robot already.
She might have an exhaust port of some kind that opens up.... not entirely impossible if you think about it really really hard

No. My Shepards and I are really happy for those two. A bit like a parent that is happy to see his/her children happy
I felt the same way, but the completist in me is thinking, if there was a paramour with getting with EDI, wonder what that would be played out like

No, because EDI has always been Joker's girl from halfway into ME2 onward. I wouldn't do that to my lead bro.
Not if you are Renegade

Obviously you don't get the point.
EDI is a really interesting character who in fact (if you followed the dialogues and not rushed to the ending) you see that she's actually trying to learn to feel, love ,etc. So it will be really cool if you could.

^ This, EDI is actually a very deep character, while Liara is great, she kinda became a sociopath in ME2.... remember something about her threatening to send a team of Asari Commandos if a certain someone didn't get her things she wanted?

My LI going in to ME3 was Miranda and while ME2 provided fabulous context and depth for Mirandas charcter and her struggle to climb out from beneath her fathers crushing shadow, I found my resolution with her in ME3 to be hollow and fleeting. It was a huge let down. It provided a polarizing contrast to the interactions and conversations I had with EDI.
I found EDI to be deeply philisophical, I loved her journey of self-discovery. Her wit and humor led to the few moments during ME3 when I laughed out loud. I'm not going to be shy about admitting that I found EDI svelt and sexy. In the end I found myself looking forward to my conversations with EDI the most, and had there been an option to explore a more intimate relationship with her I absolutely would have. Her character was one of the biggest surprises of ME3 and I loved every minute of it.
It seems I'm in the minority, but I'd absolutely buy EDI romance DLC where Bioware to offer it.
Haters gonna hate... but I'm hot on EDI.

It also seems rather alot of work as evidenced in Mordins sexual advice talk with Joker (spoiler):
