This is the problem with the world as we know it, people wanting to segregate themselves... then complain about being viewed as a separate segregated society.
What a double standard this thread is proving once again. It should be deleted.

I'm fairly certain that asking to play with those who respect their lifestyle, and as such won't use language that degrades that lifestyle is not 'segregation'. Nor is it a double standard.
Thank you Mr. Bioware, sir!
Now...
Anyone got any pink/rainbow Krogan?
edit: I admit it... i like pink/rainbow Krogan.
I just wish i could recolour Wrex in SP

I'm still waiting for someone to adress my point in that post, what's the point of this? I just don't get it, Can't people just play, do we need to talk about our personal life with strangers who fit into the same category of people on the internet while we're doing it as well?
This thread makes me feel like I should start a topic looking for players who like bacon...
Instead of waiting for everyone to do your thinking for you, why don't you just READ THE THREAD, where your "point" is addressed NUMEROUS times. For instance, this will be the fourth time I've said it, so I'll just link to the last time, which is, coincidentally on the page before this one:

The point is the same, however. Wanting to play with people who understand that certain terms are hurtful and cause negative sentiment is not segregationist, nor do I see any problem with it.

Have I stepped on your toes? Did I question the gravitational pull of your mother? Did I kill your goldfish? Why the hostile attitude?
I read the thread OP and did not see anything that would adequatley answer my question. I have played at least hundreds of games and quite frankly I've never heard anyone use either the G or N word (unless we're talking the "new player" word and not the one I'm thinking of). Therefore I find the premise of the thread weird despite the "explanation" in the OP and asked the question...
But ok, I'll drop it.

The reason that you don't see your question addressed in the OP is because that question, and the answer to it, have no relevance in the context of this thread and its stated goals....
This thread's OP wasn't asking for players to add their Gamertags/Origin IDs to a list if they'd like to discuss their social life.
The OP asked for players to add their Gametags/Origin IDs if they wished to play with others that didn't want to hear/use derogatory and offensive remarks that may or may not be specifically directed at them.

I've never suffered third degree burns over 90% of my body.
That must mean that no one suffers third degree burns over 90% of their body, right?
Except, I know for a fact that others have.
Just because you haven't experienced it, doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
And it doesn't dimish the fact that it probably smarts like the dickens.

If any of you wanna play silver or gold later(Originites!) that won't mind me playing this guy, hit me up. I always end up being the Salarian whenever I get a FBW Geth Gold farm. I swear I can't live without hunter vision anymore. Ya know, X-Ray Vision and all ;P Watch out human players!

Sexual orientation, then. I misspoke.

point of this thread?
If only there was a post in this thread somewhere that like, clearly and concisely stated the point of it all.
You know, a post that would be like, the origin of all posts that came after?
If I were the one making a thread, I'd probably put it near the top of the first page, right under the title.
Just to make it as easy as possible to find for anyone that wanted to know said point of said thread.
Hey! I've got an idea! Let's go look, you and me! At that place, on the top of the first page, right under the title like I suggested.
See what we can find!
Or, you could continue to be ignorant and lazy, and not read the OP of a thread you saw fit to comment in.
Whatever works for you, I suppose.
