Witch Hunt and DA2?

Will the story be different? Why would an Orlesian Warden be looking for Morrigan?

And what if the warden remains dead for DA2?

The Orlesian Warden is ordered by the First Warden to investigate Morrigan's involvement with the Fifth Blight, and when rumors of her sighting emerges he goes to investigate. The story of DA2 doesn't change in any significant way, since the choices your Orlesian Warden can make, are the same as any other imported Warden to Awakening.

AFAIK Sahlertz is correct; it doesn't really change anything since it's more about the choices and not the character involved. I played through Awakening and Witch Hunt with an Orlesian Warden and pretty much everything played out as it did for my personal Wardens. I would thus expect an import to work similarly.

so the hero of ferelden will still be dead if u import an orlesian wardne?

I don't recall the hero of Ferelden ever being mentioned specifically alive or dead. Could go either way really. But if he is alive, it is because the Dark Ritual was performed, since Alistair is king.
