What an epic line delivered from a true hero. He had to finish what he started, I cried then and when I later heard in the final conversation with Wrex that their firstborn would be named Mordin, I cried again. Magnificent written Bioware!

I'm gonna say Shepard cause with his one Death scene, The entire Mass Effect Universe that I came to love over 5 years unraveled before my very eyes.... and I could only watch in disbelief......
habe to agree with you. My femshep that I've had for five years watching her die was very hard to watch. It wasn't even seeing that she was dying but she was dying to a lame ending like the one we got. If she went out in glory instead of having such a disappointing ening I would have been ok with it.

Grunt: I had the same reaction as Shepard and was a bit emotional but was like "Give them hell you bad ass Krogan". When he walked out of that mess alive bloody asking for something to eat, had the biggest smirk ever.
Kirrahe: Thane died in Mass Effect 2 so it was Major Kirrahe for me. This took me by surprise I was more pissed than anything and wanted Kai Leng dead now.
Asari world Thessia: This pretty much got me emotional when I failed an entire planet but I snapped out of it and it only fueled how pissed off I was at Kai Leng.
Legion: Sort of the same feeling as Grunt
What finally got me? The ending, and no it's not all at how terrible it was. I have a more mixed reaction about the endings. Anyways I broke down because of the talk with Anderson combined with the confusion of what happened to everyone(squad etc, assuming they died) and that this is the last Mass Effect game with Shepard(maybe as far as I know)

If I ever find his grave, I'll leave him a few seashells - I'd say he earned them.

Legion's was also sad, but one of the best moments of the series. I love that Vigil's music played, it was so Mass Effect.

(Wrex: because I'll have to let him die in Virmire when I replay the games. I don't want to cure the genophage, and this will be the only way to let Mordin live and still get the krogan help)
Thane: I knew he was going to die. But I wasn't ready to know he would pry for me at the end of his life.
Legion: wasn't expecting it. The whole scene was beautiful, but... I wish there had been some way to save him.
Also, when I thought Grunt was dead, I almost cried. Oh, and Kal'Reegar. Even if they didn't show us his death, it was sad to read. He deserved more than a mail.

Mine:
Mordin
Thane
Kelly - not as much, but she gave me my fish back. I fed them manually as a method of respect.
Grunt - At first I thought he was dead, k?
Legion
Shep - Before I saw the breath scene and realised that was all in his imagination
Deaths that didn't emotionally effect me:
Anderson. I dunno why but I felt indifferent about it.
Funny how all the deaths were characters from ME2, right?
Same here

If you think the Paragon Mordin death is bad, wait till you see his death as a Renegade when you hit the renegade interrupt button. I was like

Thane's death had me weeping bitter tears because his death reminded me of my mother's. The gasping for breath, the struggling....God, that hurt.
Grunt's last stand had me crying too...and when he survived I smiled through a lot of tears.
But I cried the most when saying farewell to Kaidan on earth.... damn, ALL MY FEELS!!!!!!
