I had pre-ordered the Collectors Edition and redeemed all the codes but I didn't get access to the gear that was to supposed to have come with the Collectors Edition. I didn't mind the missing mechdog after i found that all it does it run arounf the loading bay of the Notmandy and I didn't miss the N7 hoodie too much (though I kept checking and rechecking for it to show up). I was hoping to get access to the Elite N7 Sniper Rifle and such and none of those showed, I'm not sure if the Alternate appearance pack came either but that's ok, I kept everyone with the default look. When I first attempted to redeem the Online Pass (which I believe most of the content is tied to) I recieved an error about the servers and just assumed it was due to the number of people first going online with the game at once. I backed out to the dashboard and came back to the game and it was showing the the online pass worked to I figured everything is all good, not that I could find the missing content. I started a new game in hopes of finding the missing gear and still nothing.
Any suggestions? Thanks

Contact xbox support 1-800-4MY-XBOX I redeemed the codes day 1 and got the DLC might be the code or server?, The sniper rifle is amazing imo the other weapons are okay, The H7 Hoodie was a nice touch and the mech dog is neat cause it sleeps

I talked to Veronica (or someone who's name that starts with a V) at Xbox Live Support and she figured out that there was some lost data packets in the download and had me redownload it through the download history and all was well, and I agree about the sniper rifle, I like the fact that you can do quick followup shots, my only problem with it is squad mates getting in the way. Thanks
