Considering all the info leaks so far were true, I wouldn't doubt it. As a matter of fact, I was thinking for some time that Bioware could be doing exactly that: releasing an "unfinished" game to get some time to release a new ending (since the original was leaked). It would explain the silence from Bioware, the "indoctrination theory" (which I really believe is true), and that's exactly what I would do if I were on their shoes.
But won't let any hopes up. Will keep playing ME3 on Insanity, which makes the game last a little longer, and only a few hours every week. There are lots of bugs and glitches that I found so far, so Bioware must be working at least on a patch for those, and if I play the game to the end too soon, I may not have the will to play it again just because a few glitches were fixed.
Anyway, if the info is true, it will be amazing. If no explanation to the endings are released, ME3 will be my last Bioware game.

I'll be happy if that's true, because I want my real ending. But I hate the idea of it.

When you buy a game, you should get the whole game. The real ending shouldn't be something you have to download a month later, even if its free.

I'll take the skeptics route on this. It just seems too good to be true. If for some reason it DOES end up being true, then I will apologize to Bioware for every negative thing i've said about them. That would more then redeem them in my book!

I'm sure it was "leaked" as crowd control if it's actually legit. Bioware needs SOMETHING to calm the fans, this would be a good way of doing it if they're not allowed to officially announce it yet.

Yes, it's what we want now that we know the on disk ending is terrible and confusing as hell. But I don't like the idea of developers planning their games like this. Even though I have the internet, I'm against the idea that you have to have the internet to get the real ending for a single player game you spent $60 on the physical copy for.

Just like I was pissed I had to download and install Origin to install the game.

You clearly haven't been looking around the forums at some of the other fanfic endings, they all sound very "convincing".

the MP characters don't look real. Like asari justicar? MP lists all characters by class, 6 classes 4 characters each. And the six classes are all the same classes that shepard can pick. And if this dlc provides new playable characters/weapons/ending, then you bet your bottom it will have a price tag.
