it's the 'free' bit that makes me think this is a (clever?) attempt at trolling. maybe if this game were developed by CDPR, but EA/Bioware? *shrugs*

I do hope it's all true, tho'. It'd be nice if they did something along the lines of an 'enhanced edition'.

If it's true then I have a question, do we have to pay for this dlc? because letting your us pay for a better ending is not cool ... Because if you don't pay you still have a sh*t ending? WTF if that is true I will become hulk in f*cking beastmode x 1000...

Imagine if this DLC required a new copy of Mass Effect to experience. Then, everything begins to make sense... your online pass would unlock this, too.

If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Sadly enough... :/

Is it just me, or did that image just get removed/blocked?

That's very suspicious....

Right now, the only thing that has prevented my uninstalling of all 3 Mass Effect games in absolute disgust, and getting back an estimated 25-30GB of hard disk space, is the hope that this is all some ruse on Bioware's part, a pretty risky one considering the venomous backlash it has generated, but if they can pull it off, it would be a huge marketing coup for them...

So, maybe this is true, maybe not... There have been some impressive fan-made forgeries 'leaked' over the years... I think the Fallout 4 'leaked' trailer is one of the best I've seen in recent times for example...

Guys, can anyone else click that image or is it just me? I can't see it anymore. If Bioware was on the ball this quickly and removed it this fast, then that definitely means something is up.

Maybe I'm just losing it though, that is also a possibility at this point.

I think you're losing it. I think we all are.

Here's hoping.

If Bioware already removed this image, then I'm not going to say anything.  Let's just say... it's "The Truth".

Intentional leak to appease dissenters that quickly gets scrubbed to make believers believe even more.
Or wishful thinking. I don't know.

Also, if this is true, I don't blame Bioware for pulling this stunt.

However, as a fan who didn't view it and tried his god damn best to keep away from it, as well as pre-ordering it and other various ME products, I have to ask Bioware why I was "punished" (by not giving me the true ending) when I have done nothing but support the game?

How exactly is them waiting for a wider range of their fans to finish the game punishing you? They have to let the market absorb what they've released before they drop more bombs. Let it all sink in. In the mean time, the die hards get to suck it up

I'm sucking it up over here too, trust me, i am </3

I can't sleep right, i can't eat right, i cry my eyes out any time some one says "had to be me..." (I'm tearing up right now)

I need this resolution...i'm so ****ed...it's like, uncanny. I'd be talking to my therapist about it if it weren't for the fact that tens of thousands of other fans are right there with me.

we're like a ****in cult man...

we should've stayed casual

we should've....

If I've read correctly on the boards here, Japan hasn't had it's ME3 release yet. Bioware couldn't have known how badly some people are taking the endings and probably went in to the main release week by saying 'keep it quiet untill after everyone has the game.' they weren't going to hurt their first day/week sales by saying that there's going to be new endings or more after the current endings. Now, with the backlash in evidence, it could easily be someone at Bioware or EA is doing exactly the same as people here are and saying 'Hold the line.' just a thought.

The thing is guys, Bioware hasn't made a single comment on the ending. I'm sure if it was their final ending they would be taking it in and acknowledge the complaints. But no.

That's not how Bioware operates. Their reaction to the DA2 fallout establishes that.

I believe this for one reason only. That reason?

The other 99% of the game...it's so good ni way Bioware would end it like this.

It indeed would be, still annoys me though.

Again, I dont blame them if it is only for new copies/ those with an online pass. As others have said, Bioware is a business (although with EA). The way they make their money is through game sales, not through pre-owned games.

The same sh*t happened with Arkham City. Those who didnt buy the game new were complaining. FFS buy the game new and you're fine. If you cant afford, I feel sorry for you but it doesnrt mean you're entitled to all the features if you didnt buy the game new. Should you get (for an example) a new iPad with 64GB Wi-Fi and 3/4G, even though you can only afford the basic 16GB Wi-Fi model? No.

Simple thing is, you buy the game new, you dont have to worry (and its probably cheaper in the end).
