For anybody who might have missed it, watch the first ummmm about 5 mins, the VI tells how some planned to control the reapers in the prothean empire cycle and that they find out the splinter/separatist group were indoctrinated just like illusive man is in the end even though he think he is not until, shepard helps him break out of it and the illusive man "wakes up" to see the truth then he well...yeah... anyways here is the video
