My game had been crashing alot so I followed

Did you the save cloud option in Origin and have it disabled after your fix?
Have you checked your Documents? Maybe Origin created a new ME3 map and all you have to do is copy-paste your old saves to that directory?

I was using cloud, I have fixed the issue by using the revert option in the cloud setting for mass effect 3.
