I support different endings.
And a happy ending should be one of them.

I didn't wanna die fighting Soverign/Saren, I didn't wanna die on a suicide mission and I sure as heck didn't die/have the universe fubar'd in the final game. I want my little bule babies dammit!

Same here, I support some variety in the endings, and not only clarifications of the actual ones which make no sense, and are just thrown away like that in 5 minutes.
Showing our war assets, our crewmates fighting, and at least a happy ending to conclude that.

A happy ending would be awful nice. It doesn't need to be perfect, but just give Shepard and her LI happiness. They don't really give an ounce of it in the current endings. Just tag a happy one on the end that is hard to get.

To quote Tali (is sense): I don't think life is about what you deserve, it is about what you get. So it may be unfair that Shepard dies or does not get a happily ever after. But if you look at it, few things are ever fair in ME (and probably rl as well). While I think a 'happy ending' for Shepard should be in order for those who want it I would not want have it be like in ME2. As in a reward for doing everything right. I think for a personal happy ending Shepard should at least forced to be selfish for once. Like ... choosing to not sacrifice him/her self and his/her LI/friends for the common good. I liked how they did it in DA:O with the dark ritual/ultimate sacrifice. Just that in DA:O there wasn't anything negative about it. I would like that IF Shep chooses his/her life and those of his/her crew over the common good then at least some 'strangers' should die for it. Like alliance or allied troups getting wiped out because Shep hesitates or something.

I swear I've posted in here before, but what the hell.
A happy ending should be added, as well as an ending where the Reapers win.

Yeah exactly.
We are talking about a series were you could bring your inter crew back alive from a suicide mission on a base that should have had tens of thousands of enemy troops on it,how is a happy ending as an option out of place?
Hold the line for as long as it takes to get new endings.

There should be that option for players willing to work for it.

Is that just them making the statement about how the endings we have will be extended because we were too stupid to understand them? Because they made that statement a while ago and I am holding the line until we get new endings and I will not stop holding the line until those endings can be downloaded. Bioware lied in the past so i am not taking their word for anything.

This thread should fuse with the other one.
Yes, I want a happy ending as one of the options.
I want blue babies or violet ones with Tali, or adopt with Traynor, doesn't matter I want a happy ending.

Can't remember if I've posted here or not but yes, the chance for "marriage, old age and a lot of little blue children" should be on the cards.

I think I might have posted here before, but well I do it again.
Yes, I want the option for a happier ending for my Shepard. No one should be forced to choose it, but I don't want to be forced to choose between three pretty similar tragic endings either.

I support it too. I want the OPTION to have a happy ending, because all we have is "horrible death" and "alone in the rubble cliffhanger" endings. I want resolution and I want them to be different.

Shepard is not a tragic hero, s/he should not be forced into a ending only fitting for a tragic hero. Shepard is a ______ hero, fill in the blank with your choices.

I want a happy ending!
I also want a TRUE bittersweet one, a horrible one, a sad one, a funny one.
It's the end of a trilogy! Why not go all out?

...because it's ~ART~, and YOU HAVE TO DIE FOR THE SACRIFICE TO MEANS SOMETHING.
As if one man surviving a battle means all other sacrifices are forsaken. That's one of the dumbest things I've read on an internet forum.
...and yes, I want a happy ending. I used to be reserved about saying it because I just wanted an ending that made sense, but I can't hold back anymore. Happy ending or we riot

The chance of a happy ending, heck yeah.
The chance of a bittersweet ending, yeah, that too. Just not only bitter, please.
Dragon Age: Origins did this the right way.

I would like to have at least one happy ending with Shepard surviving and reuniting with his/her teammates and LI, and the Mass relays either intact or not so damged that they can't be repaired in time. In other words, there needs to be hope.
That said I would also like some less happy endings and at least one really bad "The Reapers win" ending option.

I would like to have some endings with differences, not just in colours.
happy ending must be among them. And very bad ending too. Our decisions should lead to different endings. I counted on it from the beggining, and still...have hope.
I'm the one who will do everything to get Shepard and crew safe and sound. I did everything, but...
