This is basically my test run of the toolset, and for a little enjoyment.  Made for my own use but wanted to share with everyone.

It is basically a Storage Chest+ mod.  Uses NPC Merchant as a storage device to allow you to store items with sort funcion.

It also gives the player some items..although nothing gamebreaking...they just fit with the "semi-story".

Check it out if you are bored :)

Thanks to all those who helped me figure stuff out..there are quite a few whoms names I lost when I formatted and almost lost my mod.  Off hand:

Scripting help:
WeriKK
Axe_Murderer
Phaenen
Sarcenn

Voice Over:

Excellent! She doesn't have an upper limit [as far as I know] like the chest, and sorts the items out well. Honestly, glad to use this mod along the storage chest [I place all my consumables there, and all my valuables here]. Oh right, kudos and endorsement from me on DA Nexus :)

There is a flaw with Mischa - she sells crafting items, but they are extremely cheap, at 0 copper or so. I think you could give Mischa a sister, who sells crafting items while her sibling handles the storage.  Unfortunately, there is the problem of price, but I think there is a way to handle that.

Initially, Mischa's sister could charge the highest prices for crafting goods, but she could ask the player to find merchants and negotiate contracts with them, and she will sell crafting goods for the lowest price possible once given the contract for a type of good.  This ought to be a good way to figure out how to concoct basic quests and triggers, then moving up to more difficult and interesting scenarios, if you are interested.

By the way, kudos on adding a voice over. It is neat to see a fan modification using that function - to be honest, I expected that sort of thing only appearing in really major mods. I am glad to be proven wrong!

Thanks for the comments!

As for the items being 0 cost..that was intended. She is actually just a "human storage chest" and she gives you free items at the start (read the journal entry which explains this)..

This allows you to store your items on her and get them back..no charge :)  So basically a storage chest, with the added function of the sort menus that you don't get from a chest.

Thanks on the VO comment, that was done by oceloteyes on the forums here, and done very nicely.  Eshaye also recorded some for me but my computer crashed and I was able to get replacements from Oceloteyes before Eshaye.

I loaded this up last night and all i can say is THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

It's a great little mod, though maybe a bit generous with the free loot. The hidden cache of goodies that appears at teh back of the camp is a nice extra touch too.

I have downloaded the mod and installed it as per the instructions but Misha doesn't show up in camp. All that I get are the characters, the 2 dwarves and Levi the cutpurse, alas no Misha. Seems I'm doing something wrong. Any help is appreciated. Under the installed content tab it shows the mod as being enabled but doesn't seem to be working.

Just been at DANexus and I saw the following comment on the Ancient Elven Boots fix mod from the author of that mod:

"Make sure there's nothing in "...My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\packages\\core\\data". DAUpdater likes to create a file there when you install new mods, which breaks everything."

So I checked that folder and found this file: jlp_mod_hoarder_package.erf

So, should that file be there? Is the author of the Ancient Elven Boots fix correct? If so, is it safe to delete that file? Could this be why some people are getting conflicts with other mods or finding that Misha isn't at the camp?

EDIT: Correcting forum applied formatting!

Just an interesting note:

I found that after starting a new character and playing through to the very first time I got to the camp, Misha was installed but wasn't there. (She shows up perfectly fine in other characters' saved games)
This was after the cutscene with the dragon nightmare, and Alistair talking about it with the PC, etc. However the next time I visited the camp, just regular visit no cutscenes, she was there.

It's not a big deal at all, only an observation :)

This is intented..well not actually intended but known.  The reason is because BioWare uses a new Area altogether for the camp any time there is a cutscene or event in the camp...this would require a bunch of scripting and storing valuesand moving them across maps and such to keep it in those camps..which  = bad news and hardly worth it.

Are you using other mods?

Trailer Edition mod won't work with any other mod for some reason and it's not a fault of my mod.

As to the other poster about the ERF file..I am not sure..all I did was use toolset to create a builder>player package...  Try backing up that file, delete it and see if it works.  I would assume the file is needed and I also would think this has nothing to do with conflicts.  My mod is too simple to be causing conflicts...most conflicts I found are caused by the other mod and I cannot solve them..

Thanks a lot for Misha!! I installed the mod yesterday, and I love her already, for the storage in camp, and for the "little" extras!

I just seem to encounter one little problem. The 5 Tomes of Arcane Technique found in the cache in the back of the camp aren't working correctly for me: nothing happens when I try to use them. As opposed to the other books. It isn't anything important (even though I do play a mage at the mo <lol>) - just feedback! :-)

Well, ahum... the strangest thing happened!  Just now I tried again.  I first used up the last Tomes of Physical Technique I had left, and then gave the Arcane Tomes another try... and now it worked!!  Since previously, when I tried to use a Tome of Arcane Technique, both the stack of Arcane and Physical Tomes lighted up, I suppose both types of Tome being present in the Inventory may cause this glitch.

Anyway, I'll be sure to remember, for my next game! ;-)
