So are Morrigan and Alistair the only romance options in the game or can you hook up with other party members too, specificly Leliana?

You can romance Leliana yes. It takes more attention on your part to do it though, if you give her gifts without talking to her all the time you'll lock out some of the conversation options and you'll be dead in the water.

I didn't know that getting a girl interested in you only required you to give her gifts... And not actually talk to her at all.

Leliana is pretty easy if you just pursue all the conversation options as the pop up. And you can find a couple of gifts for her relatively early on.

and Zevren is the other romance option. If you play as a female you have Alistair, Zevran and Lelianna, if you play as a male you have Morrigan, Lelianna, and Zevran as options. Becareful though, since they get jealous if you try to romance more then one at a time lol

Yep, exactly the same as real life.
