1 week i updapted my character from the character creator still no news ... and on waiting !! any has this problem ?

One week is longer than 12 hours...

Make sure the account you logged into the Creator and the one you log into EA/BioWare are one and the same.

If they are, then put in a ticket to Support.

Go to your manage characters and delete anything that's there. Reupload the character.

Apologies. It took 12 hours last time I uploaded an image. That was a week and 50,000 members ago.

I had the same problem, all you have to do is visit your profile page, go to the tab called "games" and click "Dragon Age PC". After this your account will update within a few minutes (make sure you refresh the page).

i do what you say and nothing work ... i pre order from eb game and still dont have my cd key is a reason ?

I had that problem too. I eventually got slightly fed up, decided to delete my account and try again. After I had re-created the account, I went and checked my profile, and they were all there.

Kind of freaky, but it worked for me.

i dont want to make a new account i complete the dragon age journeys ....

Can understand that, I haven't done the browser game myself. Like I said, it was kind of freaky, they were there as soon as I created my account again. I was more then a little surpised, and now that I have everything where I want it...I'm not touching a darn thing.

It always helps for you to re-upload your characters again.. I do that after a couple of hours if my characters don't show up and it'll normally fix the problem.
