Hello Comunity

So have the following problem in ME 3 if I play the game ready and
destroy the Reaper.  Then the End video, the Credits and yet the video
of the old follows one with the child and then this screen comes.

If
I now on OK would press comes then a black screen and the game remains
with the black screen simply standing (have that recently once 3 hours
stand let and the same problem equal which end I take)

I hope help can myself that someone in the problem.
