in the med bay you can reset your "talent points" powers, but after i got the DLC with prothean it does'nt seem to work on crew anymore.
once i got Tali back i wanted to reassign her talents (imported from ME2) but i don't the character screen after i purchased the reset. ofc the price keep racking up 
i did try to do a mission aswell, but i don't get power up screen after confirming weapon set.
Anyone else got this problem or is there a fix to this?
