Also to note this, they're not saying that to Shepard.

It's radio chatter that Shepard picks up.

Just in case someone brings that up.

Would that have been so hard to do Bioware?

the only thing that is lacking is showing what happens to races and people that you come acrose and how your decisions mattered

that part should be like fallout or da:origins ending

I really like this scenario. It's actually varied and satisfying, nd doesn't involve space magic.

I doubt Bioware will change the endings, but I can hope, and I hope it's something like this.

I like the idea, but only if it becomes easier to gain EMS on SP. Maybe by making a DLC that allows us to play several cut-and-paste missions repeatedly (like Pinnacle Station) by pretending they're actual war missions and therefore raising our readiness percentage in the same way MP does.

i'd take your expansion on the original ending over the mind numbing indoctrination "it was all a dream" theories

still i've come to accept the ending and wish they'd just leave it as is.

I love it. Great job. Head canon from now on. You should e-mail/snail mail this to bioware, seriously. Let them know about it in as many forms as possible.

I could, but Mac would just get upset that a fan outwrote his "brilliant, thought-provoking endings".

I should hope that train already left the station.

I just remember Dragon Age Origins epilogue where you get to talk to your party members and few other NPC's after you beat Archmage.

How about something like that as well if Shepard survived.

^If there's something about epilogues I left out, just assume they're included. My pressing issue with this ending was to correct the lack of meaningful choices and their impact, as well as the impact of old choices.

^I'll probably do a more extensive rewrite later to include the entire Earth section, the fleet arriving, etc. In fact, I'm thinking about actually rewriting the entire franchise. Not a massive overhaul like this ending rewrite, mind you, but correcting the fans' perceived mistakes and bridging the parts better.

Really great endings, what i was expecting but didnt get!! Especially gettin rid of that star child thing. I have nothing against children but if i met that child, even huerta memorial couldnt put him back together!!

Yep. ME3 clearly lack of epilogue. That's the reason why people like goes "This is an outrage"

So in all of your ending, will Shepard dead in the end anyway? I prefer Shepard dead actually. That makes him much more heroic that letting him alive, chill out, and have children.

Better ending, seems really hard to get Shepard out alive though but I guess thats fine at least a happy ending is possible with this, and mos the endings are pretty good, and they all make sense.

Here's something I found on /v/.

>ME3 Bad End
>Shepard doesn't make it to the Crucible in time because of massive slowdowns due to weak army
>Squadmates slowly die off, one by one, in brutal ways
>War in space is going sideways as ****
>Anderson gets killed before even getting to the Citadel
>Shepard collapses before reaching the Crucible
>
>Harbinger flies just over Shepard's collapsed figure
>In his menacing, cool Arrival/Object Rho DLC voice: "The cycle cannot be stopped."
>2:10 in the song
>Ships all around are exploding, screams and destruction everywhere
>Harbinger prepares his beam
>Hackett can be heard panicking over the radio
>"Fall back! Fall back! They cannot be stopped!"
>Harbinger is about to fire
>Shepard closes his eyes
>Darkness
>"Cannot. Be. Stopped!"
>Credits roll.

Shepard dies in all endings except for the Golden Ending if he chose Destroy and passed all of the Para/Rene options in the Control Room and at the Crucible Control. If he Chose control, he dies in the Golden Ending as well. In the Good Ending, if Destroy was chosen, he lives long enough to escape the Citadel, but bleeds out back on Earth with Anderson (if Anderson survived). Anderson cannot survive outside of the Golden Ending.

The Golden Ending requires 7000+ EMS, and I was thinking the max possible EMS (having done absolutely EVERYTHING in all three games) is something like 7020 to 7050.

Of course PS3 players would get a bonus to their EMS thanks to Mass Effect 1 not being available on their platform.
