 After reading in the forum about replayability concerns, lack of goal-motivation etc. & wanting myself somekind of "stronger" motivation in the multiplayer game (many people are singleplayer oriented but many others would like a more "competitive" attitude or goal to succed), I come up with this simple idea, manageable by players alone & the current game setting.

The general idea is as simple as this :

1. A dedicated post in here about the league - maybe some moderators if available - for players to be able to declare their squad & match results as follow :
a. "Name" of squad & nicknames of participating players
b. Time of game start
c. Screenshots to prove squad proggresion in game, time of start & time of end of the game(digital signature of foto or time of posting compared to the first "starting before the game post") & total points gained. Three screenshots of each round (out of 3 rounds) needed for validity : One of the sarting players at lobby, a second of the squad total statistics at the end of the game and a third of mission accomplished (succesfull extraction zone).

2. The "League Match" is consisted of 3 subsequent games (estimated duration time less than 1,5 hour), where squad progresses to the next game if previous one was succesfull (extraction zone completed-screenshot). It could be there 3 leagues (bronze, silver, gold), for all players being able to participate according their experience, or just one league (silver).

3. The adding of squad's total points in 3 rounds, determines her place at the leaderboard (moderators would be nice for this but not nessecary). If the same squad does better in a next match, can delete her previous points for the new ones to improve the leaderboard place.

Though written in many words, the idea is simple... Just an idea...
