The only thing I don't like about that picture is her eyes. They aren't quite slanted enough and lack the glow. Otherwise very good.

Even though I think the woman they based Tali off is beautiful, that particular fan art picture is forever my headcanon on what she looks like. The youthfulness, the just off-kilter human look (it is mentioned that physically Quarians are the closest race resembling humans), the shorter silver hair, it all just seems to fit with my interpretation of her appearance, even the expression on her face is pure Tali. In my little Mass Effect world.

I think the reveal of it was well done, but tbh they could've in the romance scene done a little better, most other romance scenes was a kiss before fadeout... unless it was the shep/VS or shep/liara,
would've been nice to have seen a face shown tali geting a smooch

Anyone think that after this terrible photoshop Tali is now undatable? I mean as bad as it sounds, the magic of the character is kinda void with this photoshop attempt. Fingers are too close together, she looks too human etc. They couldve drawn from fan art or something! I'd also have liked to see her standing with her face unmasked on Rannoch, or perhaps sitting or in bed.

"Answers" - and the first search suggestion is "Solution". Strange? Then try this:
"Beyond" - it returns "Hopelessness", "The end", "Bizzare", and most interesting "No Visitors Beyond This Point".

I can see new conspiracy theory sprouting...

Bioware should have avoided anything that made Tali look like a three-fingered human, IMO. That includes both the poorly edited stock photo that is in the game and her most popular piece of fanart. In fact I'd argue that the fanart that got so much reposting in the old Tali thread was partly responsible for Tali's lackluster reveal. Bioware thought they were catering to what her fanbase wanted by making Tali look just like a human.

It is my humble opinion that, given the fact that Tali was such a beloved character, that they would bring her back for ME2, then M3, Bioware could have put a little bit more effort into the revealing of Tali's face. I would hae settled with nothing at all, just that scene during the Rannoch mission. No need for some lame-ass photoshop..
