What's frustrating for me isn't the level of attractiveness or similarity to humans; I'm happy with an attractive, nearly human Tali. I'd be just as happy with an ugly, arthropod Tali. Love her all the same. But for crying out loud, they could have rendered it and put some effort into making it anatomically consistent. The hand is especially awful.

It's on the wiki. It's intentionally similar to a famous photo. I don't think this is OMG PHOTOSHOP LAWLS but an intentional easter egg. I think Tali is beautiful and alien at the same time. I think that they did a good job, myself.

They took the stock photo and then used photoshop, but I don't care, and I agree. It doesn't bother me, it was nice to see the photo.

To be honest, I was never really bothered by the pic, just happy to see her. It's kinda what I figured Bioware would do all along; something relatable, and a little alien. My recommendation to get a little credibility would be to actually render that face onto the character model. At least then you can argue some level artistic creativity was involved.

Personally I really don't care... there are far far far more important and glaring problems with the game than the use of that image. Of all the topics and criticism, this one feels blown out of proportions to me.

The problem with it is that some people have been waiting 3 bloody games for this and in the end they give us a crappy, photo-shopped stock image that they only needed to pay £15 for...

I know some people (Like yourself) dont give a damn but for some people its like a knee in the bollocks.

How could they treat one of the biggest mystery of the trilogy with random photo? Especially that there are much better genuine artworks made by fans.

I really liked the look, actually, and was happy to finally see her face. However I did find myself wondering, when I first saw the photo, why she was wearing nail polish, why her hand looked weird, why she was wearing those clothes, where/when the pic had been taken, and who took it.

And then I found out it had been Photoshopped, and... yeah. So, like I said: like the idea, disappointed in the execution. She's still very beautiful to me, though.

There's people who say big deal tot he endings as well, generally those are also the ones that liked it.... You liked it, good for you; but don't try to tell other people it's not a big deal, because for some it may be. Arrogant to say things don't matter cause they don't concern you.

When in the Geth VR mission Shepard asks why are the Quarians wearing suits and Legion says something like you have never seen an unsuited Quarian before. If I do my LI-Tali playthrough are they unsuited?

No, but I iamgine they just changed some dialogue to suit the situation... Hah "suit".. I'm too much.

Shepard will say "Well, once", that's about it. They're still wearing their suits.
