At the galaxy map in CIC I can't hear Samantha Traynor's "person A wants to see you in ____" type of dialog when I approach. Since I have subtitles turned on, I don't miss out, but this is definitely a bug of some sort. It worked fine until after Priority Citadel - defeat Cerberus/Udina mission.

To be honest, I'm experiencing the same issue. I have a feeling that this is one of those bugs that escaped QA.

Getting the same thing except it's also happened to Shepard and a couple of squadmates for any dialogue that happens outside of a full blown dialogue wheel conversation. Happened during the same mission, on the elevator shaft.

...in a bizarre twist, my sound appears to have corrected itself while I left it on the 'you are dead' screen and made this post. I think the death screen may have had a hand in this, because it caused the issue in the first place.
