Why would Bioware mind so much if you people sell their games. They already bought it and Bioware got that money, Bioware gets also some money whether new or used via online pass/DLC on a used/new copy. 3.5million+ shipped and expect to see that number rise drastically over period of coming weeks since adverts have started appearing on TV for the title. In the end this will be and has so far been their most successful title in the series sales wise. People are so dam quick to threaten or claim doom and gloom, end of the world or end of Bioware for simply not enjoying the games the buy. They will be proven wrong with ME3 sales.

Except the adverts all say something akin to : Take back Earth.
When people hear they're not going to in any way ...... chances are some might not be swayed by the advertisement.

What are you talking about? I did complete it and I did take back the Earth for other members of my race.

I live out in BFE nowhere Ohio. We have 1 tiny used mom'n'pop gamestore here. Has maybe 500 games over 7 systems at all times in stock.
I was there yesterday and they had 9 used copies of ME3

Hell i hope this is true i used to love bioware then DA 2 came out and i questioned them. And now Mass effect 3 i loved it up untill the ending if nothing is done Bioware can go there own way and me my own. Because some of there Statesments have been in the tone of We don't care what you think.

My BF went to gamestop over the weekend and mentioned how I was bummed with ME3 and the people working there (two guys and one girl) all were like, "Oh my god it's awful, everyone is complaining and unhappy."

I didn't even bother with DA2 because it completely did away with why the first DA was designed. Sadly Bioware's pre-launch ramblings said the game would be a conclusion to the series in a way the series always was. But they lied, instead of an ending based on our previous decisions we get 3 identical endings with no closure and one that completely ignores established lore and game play systems.

how does it hurt EA they got your money when you bought it gamestop will have a problem with trying to get store credit for all the used copies and since they cant really resell them due you need the online pass to play the game online and post in the forums now

thats the general answer. It's biowares "artistic approach" and we should accept it because of how bioware chose to end its "art".

My big issue is like the dude said in his youtube rant, the entire game is based on choices and consequences yet in the end the only effect your choices have is does big ben get blown up.

Accually its not true and easy to find out Gamestop has a used game search function enter a zip see what happens... entire tri-state area =low quantity ...
same as other games that came out in the last month...and SSX is only $36 now hmmm.

well first game companies hate used game because it costs them future sales(this is why origin exists so people can't sell their PC copies any more)and second it means there are few people out there with copies of the game so it means they will sell fewer units of DLC.  Remember EA doesn't make a cent off of the games sold used at gamestop or on Amazon or Ebay. So when someone sells their copy they are costing EA $60 to $80.
