Gamestop flooded with Mass Effect 3 used copies. Retailers told me customers angry about ending.

Amazon is giving $33.75, but I am not as sure what their deal is with shipping and stuff. But if the ending still sucks by April, will likely try getting rid of the game.
"Take Earth Back" by stranding all of the galaxy's armies there with no food/resources to guarantee the destruction of earth and likely humanity better than any reapers ever could. Yay.

Easy to claim such happening, but no showing of proof of it makes sound like propaganda.
Why would Bioware mind so much if you people sell their games. They already bought it and Bioware got that money, Bioware gets also some money whether new or used via online pass/DLC on a used/new copy. 3.5million+ shipped and expect to see that number rise drastically over period of coming weeks since adverts have started appearing on TV for the title. In the end this will be and has so far been their most successful title in the series sales wise. People are so dam quick to threaten or claim doom and gloom, end of the world or end of Bioware for simply not enjoying the games the buy. They will be proven wrong with ME3 sales.
Except the adverts all say something akin to : Take back Earth.
When people hear they're not going to in any way ...... chances are some might not be swayed by the advertisement.
What are you talking about? I did complete it and I did take back the Earth for other members of my race.
You blew up the Mass Relay.... so no you didn't.

If this happens widespread we may not get a new ending but the next time a game developer tries to be "artistic" they may put a little more thought into it.
You don't sell art and charge $10 for a complete ending.

I KNOW THIS HURTS YOU!
It's nothing against Gamestop, honestly.
how does it hurt EA they got your money when you bought it gamestop will have a problem with trying to get store credit for all the used copies and since they cant really resell them due you need the online pass to play the game online and post in the forums now
I don't care for EA honestly. Hell, you can't blame them for the controversy that's turning into a ****storm. My jab wasn't directed to them.
Gamestop will make a profit off the used copies. A hell of a profit. And people who buy the used copy can also buy the online pass from them as well. Trust me. They will push the hell out of that at Gamestop.

People most likely won't buy it if they hear why people are bringing it back so soon. So Gamestop will TRY to sell it for 56 bucks.

I can't agree with this. Bioware has been so non-leading toward this point you can't blame anyone for their reaction. Not enough evidence or leading to call people idiots.

I'm interested in seeing how this is going to affect their asian market sales. You have to know that they've gotten wind of this.
I've seen some references to the Japanese release. My thoughts are that a good deal (not all) Japanese industry games are so lacking in a cohesive narrative and sensical plot that the ending would be a non issue for most. Or as I like to say, they enjoy 'asbract storytelling' in their games.
I actually enjoy it every once in a while-but I usually go to the indie scene for that kind of stuff.

we shouldn't punish bioware for trying to be creative, we should only express our opinion we believe they got this wrong.
If the ending was remotely creative, you might have a point. It wasn't. Not creative, not deep, not complex, just a cliff notes version of the Deus Ex ending copy/pasted into a game where it doesn't fit. Unless of course the indoctrination theory is correct, in which case we simply don't have an ending yet.

I was there yesterday to pay off one of my pre-orders and there had to be at least 2 stacks of at least 15 on the follor behind the desk. I'll try to go a little later and take a picture. It was insane.

How? If they release DLC to fix the ending and charge money for it, the ****storm will be unprecedented.
You don't reward a developer for ****ing up the ending.

Because if there are a lot of used games out there, the new copies won't be sold.

Accually its not true and easy to find out Gamestop has a used game search function enter a zip see what happens... entire tri-state area =low quantity ...
same as other games that came out in the last month...and SSX is only $36 now hmmm.
Just did this, I got the same result: "Low stock"
Still though...I won't completely discount this rumor. I'm thinking "low stock" only a week after the game launches is still weird. If the game were good they shouldn't have any stock. Could someone with a smartphone stop by and upload a shot?
Edited to add: All 8 stores that show up near me have "low stock". A week after launch, that seems weird to me. I'm inclined to believe this rumor...
