I apparently missed Kelly, so I was wondering if I missed Sidonis somewhere. He *did* say he was going to make it up to Garrus. Also was looking forward to having it out with Toombs one last time, but didn't hear a peep out of him.

Anybody know what happened to them?

Nothing the character dropped off the face of the earth. He did not show up anywhere in my first play through.

And that makes that plot line irrelevant. He even says he will make it up to you in ME2 but he is not included it seems in ME3.

Including him in a DLC as an afterthought would be another example of sloppy writting.

Which makes Garrus's loyalty mission ending so much Bull Sh^T!

I was kinda sad to see that your Origin/military history only came up a couple times as dialogue.

I assume there is also no return of Shepard's cool Alliance Navy Mom.

No Toombs, but I let Garrus pop the jerk so I can't speak to that one.

To see Kelly you had to have dinner with her in ME2.

I was surprised that I didn't see Toombs either especially after he sent that email in ME2.
Parisini isn't in ME3.
Major Kyle wasn't in ME3.
None of the characters that were specific to your background in ME1 showed up (I think Shep's mom is mentioned in ME3 is you're a Spacer).
Harkin isn't in the game.
Sidonis was killed in my game so he didn't show up.

Nah, she doesn't make an appearance. She comes up in dialogue more than once though.
I honestly expected a "WAR ASSET: MOM" pop-up after the chat with Hackett. 

Kinda disappoint. :<

Shiala, Parasini, Sidonis, Toombs, Wong, Rana, Elnora, basically all the side characters that bioware implied you'd see again and the side characters people wanted to see again, weren't in the game. At least we got Adams and Michel.

I think letting Sidonis live is one of the most backhanded, treacherous moves that could be pulled in ME2, second only to the self-righteous justification of it that Shepard feeds his supposed 'best friend'.

I also "betrayed" Tali, she wanted to take the blame for the Geth, instead i made her an Admiral. Oh i feel so bad about that.

I really wanted to see what my mom looked like or at least talk to her. I was like wow guess you don't want to see your own child. Hannah Shepard do another appearance because I think it's bad that we can't say goodbye to your kid before the final mission.

Reading this thread makes me realize there is a buttload of money to be made in dlc... If they end the game, that is.

There are a bunch of things ignored in ME3 from previous games:

• where's my prothean sphere? did someone steal it?
• What happened to the intel on Cerberus I aquired in ME2 that EDI was suposed to be deciphering?
• What about the scandalous data Kasumi had in ME2, saving or deleting it has no value?
• The psycho that broke out when acquiring Jack
• Sidonis
• Tombs
• Consort
