I would have closure. Not the kind of closure I want (in-game), but enough to know it's time to walk away from Bioware. And I don't want to be put in that position.

But yes, confirmation would be nice. Bitter, but nice.

bioware -"we're releasing a new DLC next month!"
fans - "omg omg omg, maybe its a fixed ending!"
bioware - "take back omega! a grand adventure and mission, even a new companion!"
fans - "UGH! dammit! well...maybe i'll buy it, the next DLC could fix the ending?"
bioware - "maybe!"
fans - "ok fine"
bioware - "our next DLC, explore the batarian homeworld and fight the reapers there!"
fans - "dammit! well maybe the next one....maybe?"
bioware - "maybe! keep hope alive!"
fans - "......"
at least thats probably what they hope people will do.

I'd then just end up playing multiplayer only, until I get bored of it and move onto another franchise.

But if they went that route, they'd be digging their own graves

"I didn't want the game to be forgettable, and even right down to the sort of polarizing reaction that the ends have had with people--debating what the endings mean and what's going to happen next, and what situation are the characters left in," he said. "That to me is part of what's exciting about this story. There has always been a little bit of mystery there and a little bit of interpretation, and it’s a story that people can talk about after the fact.
Well it definitely wont be forgotten casey, watch your profits drop off the edge of the galactic map.

I would definitely throw down a Lo Pan move from 'Big Trouble in Little China.'

If BioWare sticks to their guns about this ending, even though I don't like the ending I will at least have respect for the company.
And I might just add a new time card to SWTOR and go back to enjoying because I know it's made a company with at least a shred of integrity.
Silence is the path of the scared.

Well..... To be fair He did not actually say that there would'nt be a dlc ending. Maybe maybe it was a way to "spark" the community to "hype" or they wanted our opinion after their "shot in the dark ending" or they did'nt have time to make thier ending perfect or...... they have lousey writers.... well
