@big mac: I would rather they take responsibility for ruining a great series for their fans than sticking to a bad ending.

Ok. So people complain about the "From Ashes" DLC, saying "How can you cut such integral (you see that word a lot, integral) content and charge extra for it" even though it was just an extra mission and an add on character, but THESE SAME PEOPLE ARE OPENLY SUPPORTING PAYING MORE FOR AN ENDING?!?!?!?!? If the Indoctrination theory is true, and they actually ended it in a cliffhanger (as you'd have to assume by the "Shepard lying in the London rubble" ending some people got), isn't that the very definition of what everyone was wrongly pissed about with "From Ashes?" What the hell's more integral than the ENDING?!?!?!?!?

I'd give up on the studio. Nothing can save them if they don't acknowledge their mistakes.

This is a good point: even if we can't get a new ending, if the reply we get back is "no these endings rock," wooooow. I sure as hell wouldn't want to touch another Bioware game with a ten foot pole if this is considered a good goal.

they wont announce that because they want to keep people on the hook.

bioware -"we're releasing a new DLC next month!"
fans - "omg omg omg, maybe its a fixed ending!"
bioware - "take back omega! a grand adventure and mission, even a new companion!"
fans - "UGH! dammit! well...maybe i'll buy it, the next DLC could fix the ending?"
bioware - "maybe!"
fans - "ok fine"
bioware - "our next DLC, explore the batarian homeworld and fight the reapers there!"
fans - "dammit! well maybe the next one....maybe?"
bioware - "maybe! keep hope alive!"
fans - "......"

at least thats probably what they hope people will do.

Well then they don't know me.  I will just use the money I would have spent on Bioware stuff to buy more Rifftrax, they never let me down and watching them makes me happy.  they are throwing away a lot of money.  i bought every piece DLc for ME2.

My tears of rage would provide energy for an African village's waterwheel. Also, I'd probably quit Bioware games. Or at least buying them new.

It's their choice. Their franchise. Ultimately, we are powerless. We have no legal rights to demand they change it, we are merely requesting they consider it, as consumers. We bought a product, we were dissatisfied with the product, we are expressing our discontent to the manufacturer.

If they want to pick up their ball and go home, it is perfectly within their right. It is perfectly within OUR rights, however, to express our discontent with our wallets.

There would be a pang of sympathy for the disappointed fans, but it would not change my opinion of BW or the ME series.

The moment this happens, is the moment my ME3 goes on e-bay.

If they essentially told us to "deal with it" well, I'd have to say I'd be angry/sad, further depressed, and then resolve not to touch another Bioware product.

Negatory, and they can enjoy the loss of profit they'll be getting from me and my famiy; all four kids in my family play BW games, we buy CE and merch, and we're all just about ready to walk on this.

i think this is kind of the point. People are so unhappy with the ending we would rather believe it to be a dream and that we didn't actually get the ending ..we got. Sad as it is (and for the record I agree with you) most people, myself included, would pay for a good ending simply because it would make the rest of the game playable again. if paying 10-20 bucks gets me new endings and some new content I'll do it. Hell if they send out a new ending ONLY dlc for 5bucks i'd buy it. No new content just something that fixes the retarded endings.

I would just say so long to Bioware if they didn't fix the endings.

if you want your voice heard louder got to my blog which I have a link too in my Sig , click on my ME3 review and click on the links to my polls.

1. would you Boycott Bioware if they don't fix the endings
2. do you believe Multiplayer should have no impact on the single player campaign
3. Facebook Campaign demand better endings for ME3

No. Actually if that's the real ending I won't play any Mass Effect/Bioware game again, it's just so pointless and expensive. How can I replay them knowing that all my choices are useless? Why should I waste 70€ for a game I don't even know it has a proper ending? Why should I waste that much for a more than probable unfinished game that requires more and more DLCs in order to enjoy it?

I would have closure. Not the kind of closure I want (in-game), but enough to know it's time to walk away from Bioware. And I don't want to be put in that position.

Same. Though, no response soon will make me assume & walk away, anyway. Soon is measured in days, not weeks.

Honestly, (and I'm sure this is the same for everyone else) everything up to the white light and the platform was absolutely amazing. London felt truly besieged by the reapers, everything was desperate, Shepard was nearly dead. Even if Bioware changed it to just one ending of Shepard destroys the reapers, but the relays remain active, it would still be a much better ending. I would also like something similar to Fallout New Vegas endings where we get to know what happened to each of the different civilizations and characters we have come to love.
