What? New endings? I hope not... A "happy" ending will be very "unrealistic" as for me. I really wanted a happy end, but that was before I saw what should happen. And now I can't imagine Shepard meeting his/her LI on Earth and there is a dead Reaper on the backround for example... Or something like that...
I don't know if you get what we want, we are not trying to get a happy ending. We want choices.
I would be fine with Shepard dying. I want one, but I don't really need a happy ending. I want an ending that shows that my choices throughout the Series mattered and, if I have enough War Assets, then yes, I think there could be room for a happy ending.

But, I agree with everyone else too...it's almost too good to be true.
Still,...I prefer to stay on the side of hope.
Hold the line.

Well the OP implies that it wouldn't change the ending because it says shepard lives no matter what ending you chose. I think that says it would be supplimental, and also implies the indoctrination theory to be true.

Shepard did die. In his head.
If this leak is true, then the 'destroy' ending where shepard lives is the only one where his mind is not taken over by indoctrination.

This is speculative and extremely wishful thinking.
There have already been moderators on THIS forum who have - more or less - vented back when they moderated threads . I remember one said "try and get the original Mass effect writer to get out of retirement.Game industry workers have their own lives blah blah be reasonable blah blah " in reply to a post that was offensive to the ME3 writer(s).
Guys, it's final. It's artistic/business smart to make your products as stand alone assumption (star wars IV). Even ME3, dr muyzka is quoted on saying this is an entry point for new players too.

All I saw was him taking a breath in a pile of rubble.
Leading to the real ending.

But if that's the case (and if the DLC is real), wouldn't that make the ending we have now completely pointless? Seems weird to have all those awesome looking pre-rendered cutscenes, if they plan to change them.squee365 wrote...

And i want a DLC that adds "Overkill" mode in the COOP part with 5-10 more enemies. Like 10 human husks and a few more advanced enemies.
And more conversations with the Reapers of course.

Its an interesting idea. But EA is not going to lay the smackdown on Bioware. Most of the odd things in ME3 were most likely due to the persistence of EA's leadership.
I appreciate your optimism, but I'm with Lost Cipher on this. EA's history when it takes over studios sort of speaks for itself.
I'll believe it when I see it.

Not necessarily because what happens to Shepard as a whole, whether indoctrinating him or not, will decide how he reacts to waking up either he'll (I'm thinking)
A. Pick destroy, and break Harbingers attempt to indoctrinate him and use his war assets to destroy him (or something like that)
or
B. Pick control in his head, and try to fight off the reapers but fail
C. Pick synthesis in his head, now being a puppet of indoctrination and will fight off Earth's forces becoming part of the reapers
I think something along those lines would be really awesome.
