I really wish i could believe this but from the little bioware have said it seems they are quite happy to simply abuse their fans, I really hope EA puts the boot in and forces them to do this but in all honesty EA execs are just looking at the sales figures and counting the cash. the only way we get even a little bit of acknowledgement will be a global boycott of bioware products, the wallet seems like the only place they feel pain these days.

i want to believe but i dont know. it just sounds too good to be true.

untill bioware explains this atrocity, I will hold the line.

I will believe. I have to. For the record I avoided ME3 spoilers like the plague. I must believe.

yea, an affiliate of EA and the words free dont go together. I refuse to believe it, to much stuff wrong with the ending and all the money to pay for those reviews from various websites. but thanks to whoever posted it it may keep the fire burning a while longer

I won't be happy about it, even if they release the DLC for free (most unlikely, thou).
You know why? I don't think they have the right to do it, I would be happier if they had just delayed the release of the game as a whole. It seems like just another strategy to take our money from us. I will, obviously, buy it. But it will be the last time I pay for a Bioware game.

1) The same annoymous user who leaked multiplayer.  Okay, seriously if it's an annoymous user then how do you know it's the same person.  If they're truly annoymous you don't know - defeats the point of being annoymous. Oy vey!

2) New classes - doubt it.  Although didn't they mention an all melee class at some point prior to release?  Not sure if that's already in the vanilla ME3.

New True Ending All Along
A few hours ago an anonymous user who leaked the multiplayer DLC
(just an hour earlier) has claimed that the ending fiasco was deliberate
because of the game’s storyline being leaked. They changed it so they
could have more time to prepare the real ending DLC.

It is called “The Truth”, and will be released in April
or May… You will be able to continue your story if you picked any of
the endings. Your decision during the sequence will have a big effect on
the ending of The Truth. Also, The Truth adds two new
sets of enemies, new classes, and multiplayer maps, including “Firebase
Hive”, which is a small area of the last remaining Collector Ship included in the DLC, which, by the way, you should definitely bring Javik the Prothean along if you have them.

The following picture shows some of the leaked multiplayer
classes and races. One race that isn’t shown is the Prothean Adept and
Vanguard. This DLC also, enables the ability for owners of the preorder
and From Ashes DLC to find their DLC weapons in reinforcement packs.

All of that content, and this might as well be labelled an expansion.
And it’s Free!

http://masseffect.wi...LC_Revealed!!!!

Sure it is a rumor, but the multiplayer stuff this guy leaked turned out to be true. Why not this?

I have quite a few reasons for believing this.

1. I trust Bioware. They must have known this ending would ****** off fans. It seems completely plausible that they didn't have enough time to finish the ending which is why they would release it months after.

2. Bioware seems awefully quiet lately. I bet they are actually still WORKING to get the dlc out right as summer hits. This also explains why we haven't seen a patch for all the glitches like the character import issue (which I'm still mad about). They probably have a list of priorities and that ending is on top.

"Hardest. Day. Ever. Seriously, if you people knew all the stuff we are
planning...you'd, we'll - hold onto your copy of me3 forever."

I'm sure lame multiplayer DLC, Galactic Readiness DLC (taking back Omega for example), or an epilogue to show what happened to Earth and the stranded squadmates won't make us want to "hold onto me3 forever". They probably know that too.

3. Too many hints that it is all just hallucination/indoctrination. Bioware is way too good of a company to leave plotholes the size of Texas in the final installment of a trilogy. Sure Dragon Age 2 may have had problems but look at all the other Bioware games. KOTOR, Jade Empire, Dragon Age Origins, Mass Effect 1 + 2, etc. Terrible plothole ridden endings isn't their business style.

The ending where Shepard wakes up under a pile of rubble isn't possible if the ending wasn't a hallucination. Shepard would have been vaporized by the explosion of the citadel. There is no way he could have just landed on Earth unscathed.

4. If by the love of Satan, Bioware actually plans on leaving the ending the way it is and only adds expansions like extra missions to do (Overlord, Firewalker, etc.) then EA will lay the smackdown on them. Already, Bioware/EA is losing money (or not making as much as they could) because the prices are falling, people are trading in the game, and all this bad press is probably stopping people from purchasing the game. Not to mention, any "NON-ending" dlc will probably not be purchased by the majority of the fanbase.

If there is money to be made by making a new ending for fans, EA will be sure to exploit it no matter how much pride/ego Bioware has.

There is no confirmation for any of this. But if you want to be pessimistic and believe that Bioware just destroyed an entire franchise then go ahead.

Me? Well I don't believe Bioware would sacrific their wonderful universe, their fans, and their profits in order to please their ego/pride. That's not how a business like this works.

I'll keep this in mind. If it's true (and it really is FREE), then BioWare has some hope. If not, then I'm done with BioWare. After DA2 let me down and now this? They really better have something fantastic up their damn sleeves.

Some people just aren't into Tali romantically as many others are. I'm one of those people.

I love Tali's characters, but I find being here LI is just...weird. No offense.
