Unable to authorize DLC

Hi, i've recently changed my OriginID, and since then everytime i enter the game or try to load a save i receive this message:

I've contacted EA's Support, but the best advice they gave was manually changing "RequiredAuthorization=0" to "1" on DragonAge's folder(?), i also tried to reinstall the game and repair it on Origin.

From what i can tell this has something to do with my BSN account, which has my old OriginID.

Once DLC is activated it is tied to the original account. In order to activate it to a new account you need to purchase it again.

But i'ts the same account, i just changed my ID, it's on the same e-mail, i suppose i could try changing it to my old ID, but i need to wait 6 more days to do that.

It works this way.
DLC code abc123 is tied to someone@somewhere.com.
DLC code abc123 is then tried to be activated by another@somewhere.com.
Result non activation.
I can only assume that with Origin the DLC is not only tied to your email address but also to your ID and this is where the problem lies.

My email address links both BSN account and Origin.
My user ID on BSN and Origin are different.
The ID change seems to be the issue.

A further thought is that you may need to stay online whilst playing the game for a while to allow the DLC to be fully authorised. I had the authorisation issue when i was offline but no longer receive the message. It is maybe a time issue.
