I thought I was supposed to get a few extra guns due to pre-ordering on Origin, the Argus and the Raider, but they are absent. How do I get those redeemed? I've read on the forums that there's a promotion code or something that comes through your email, but I never got one.

you'll have to contact EA support. One thing of not is to make sure your checking the email account associated with your Origin account.
