So, I've been having this problem in the romance scene, where Kaidan looks all fine and dandy up until Shepard wakes up.

Then, this happens:

 

Any clue on how to fix this?

Have you tried updating GPU drivers?

Everything's up to date. The weird thing is, this only happens in that scene. During the rest of the romance scene he looks fine, and such a problem doesn't exist througout the whole game, just in that one scene :/

NVIDIA released new drivers yesterday, though I'm still using 285.62 due to some issues recent drivers had. I did not have that problem. If you have AMD GPU you could try disabling Catalyst AI from control panel.
