I'm sure. It displays the change in the squad menu. I don't know why you're not seeing it.

They most definite do

well i tired, my inferno ammo power dmg never went past 30%, and the explosive dmg for it stayed at 150.

The squad screen doesn't seem to reflect power damage upgrades coming from non-skill sources. However the power damage boosts from your class passive are displayed.

Yea class pasive was displayed. Garrus's squad power dmg, power dmg upgrades were not. But they were displayed for my frag grenade.
Every time i got power dmg upgrade, my grenade dmg in the squad menu went up, but ammo power doesnt seem to. I think ammo power only affect by your own class passive
