I never bothered with Chobot unless she emailed me about questions. The acting was bad and the character was dull. At least Emily Wong feels like she has a place in Mass Effect.

hell yes, in fact now that I think about it we should've had the option to bring her or Khalisa Al-Jilani on board the Normandy. Nothing against Chobot but it would've been more fun to have a character we already knew.

Chobot didn't really ad or take away anything from the game for me but I do think that Wong would have made more sense due to previous interactions

Yes, Emily would've been really cool, since she and Shep already had a history. I didn't like Allers, much. Now that IGN has lost all credibility, along with any semblance of professionalism, I like her even less.

 From the datadump-leak, it does look like she was at one point intended to be the attached reporter.

Something I'd like is an actual male reporter in ME though.

i rreally liked emily wong, i was extremly disapointed to see her killed off the way she was, i did not like chobot, and i dont get hy she was added, was the voice actor for wong not availble? if not why not put the anoying reported who has a extremly long name on board i would have also enjoyed her

Oh please yes. Smash Allers into a reaper instead and put one of the two well developed reporters in her pandering place.

I had to go ask a friend about her when she showed up, I was convinced she'd reduce my war assets because of how trashy she came off.  I figured she was one of those reporters just looking to make the hero seem terrible.  Wound up taking her for assets, wish I hadn't.  If I ever play ME3 again I won't bother.

Hmm, interesting, I agree. Emily Wong would've been a better choice then Chobot (no offense to her) but that wasn't exactly star Voice work. Emily had good voice work, plus was already integrated into the game.

Although Diana Allers worked out well enough I thought Emily Wong would have been more fitting.
