So... 2 days ago I was playing multiplayer as I usually do and all of a sudden I noticed that, while in game, I had no equipment supplies on me (you know, the Cobra rocket, Medi Gel and such).

You guys know that when you go into the Equipment screen (supplies) , the number outside the icons are the number you have in stock. The numbers on the icons themselves are how many you're equipped with. Since you load back up between missions you should always have a 2 on the icons themselves unless you have fewer in stock.

I have many Cobra rockets, many Medi gels, Survival Ops pack and Thermal clips in stock, but the numbers on the items themselves are always 0 so I never get to use them in game. The weirdest thing is... before all this, I bought a Veteran pack and it gave me like 2 medi gels, 3 Thermal clips and such... and when I saw the screen, I noticed I had 255 Survival Ops pack O_O. I tried contacting EA customer support and this is what they said:

I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced due to this issue. I have looked into your issue and found that it is a game play or in-game issue and you have reached technical support.

I am really sorry but I have no gameplay information that I can offer to assist you. Although many of our games are very technical in nature or difficult to play, the issue you are encountering is not with the game. You can find some gameplay information at http://www.ea.com/tips/

So basically, what he says is that the issue is with my Playstation 3 console and not with the BUGGY game they made?. Are you serious?. This is obviously an issue with their game, I don't understand how can the Playstation 3 corrupt files so that they make you have a bug in a multiplayer session with an EA account. This obviously is a bug from them, since it happened right AFTER I bought that pack.

I don't know if I should contact them again, I'll give it a time tho and see if they make a patch for the game.

If any of you guys had this issue, please let me know whether you fixed it or not.
