I have an ammo thermal clip on the floor. I'm at 3 ammunitions, it says I'm full. I empty my three bullets, I'm empty; I go pick up the clip; clip says I'm full. I can't restart the mission, I can't change my weapons, I'm basically stuck there.
Black widow does not reload on single player

Meh... I guess I'm going to put the difficulty to narrative, melee my way through the mission till I find a gun, then switch my loadout to something that works. >_> So much for pre-order weapons.

Thermal clips seem to work. It's just one of them that didn't work. It's on tuchanka, the genophage mission, when the vehicules are waiting, a ship crashes, the crogans have various upgrades and a thermal clip. That one can't be picked up for me.

I wasn't aware the Black Widow was a pre-order weapon. So do thermal clips, other than the one you described, work?
