Hello forum! I was wondering if any of you can help me with a problem I have.

I bought Mass Effect 3 a couple of days back, but just as I was about to insert it into the tray and start playing It occured to me that I hadn't played all of the ME2 DLC yet. So I thought, hey! ME3 is still gonna be here next week, I might as well play through the DLC before I start.

And while playing ME2 it occured to me that I can't remember any of the companion quests, much less what I chose in each one of them. Especially Tali and Mordin, which if I remember correctly, were both pretty impactful.

So I guess what I'm asking is, am I going to get a recap of the things I 've done when I start ME3, and if not, is there any way I can find out before I move on? I'd like to be at least somewhat clear on what background I have before I move on.

Normally I wouldn't bother you with this, I'd just search around the Internet. But since ME3 has come out and stuff, I'm kind of afraid I'll get accidentally spoiled if I start poking around the Internet for an answer (similar things have happened before ^^)

You could always replay it. I could tell you what happened but this is the no spoilers section.

I would also vote for replaying. If you still have your save data, you might as well throw it on an easier difficulty, skirt through the combat and just pay attention to the story/choices you make.

There's no way I'm replaying ME2 xD

It's a good game but not that good, and I can put off playing ME3, but not for that long.If I'm gonna restart I'll have surely a month of grinding through a game ahead of me, I have neither time nor will for that.

I found a very brief recap of the old missions in the journal, it's insanely vague and still isn't giving me a clear picture, but it's better than nothing. If it's between that and replaying the game I guess it will have to do.

Anyway, thanks for the replies.

If you import your character into ME3, before you complete the character import it'll give you a list of the most significant decisions... Not sure about the loyalty things, but if they survived ME2, chances are you earned their loyalty.
