Not sure if other's have had this issue but on launching the game and selecting redeem online pass, I typed in my CE code and download began as normal.  At 83% the download froze and just sat there for 5 minutes not moving anything (other devices were fine for internet).  I cancelled the download and attempted to re-input the code, but now it's telling me the code is utilized and I have no way to re-download the CE content.  Any help?

Try starting the game and make sure you are connected to the EA server, then check in downloadable content and try downloading it from there. It is saying you already redeemed the code, so it should already be connected to your EA account.
