A couple journal entries came up shortly before I took this. One came up just when I went to the Asari monastery to help Samara (remember Din, the Volus Ambassador from ME1? being a possible Cerberus agent.) And the other since I missed her the last time I was on the Citadel was from Miranda. These came up just prior to my going to Rannoch to deliver the world to the Quarians (I know I'm a horrible person for this..., but the choice was in keeping with the character).

So we go back to the Citadel for the conference with the Asari councilor and onto Thessia. But first a stop to talk to Miranda across the hall, only to find out that TIM has her sister. Hmmm. Din a Cerberus mole: Udina connection. Now Miranda.

I took Liara and Javik on that mission. The way Javik rallied the Asari troops was amazing. And as you might know we discovered the Prothean artifact which tells about this Crucible which seems to appear during each extinction cycle. Reapers = order. Organics = chaos. It requires "the catalyst" to work.

Now this is beginning to remind me of the god of Jyggalag (order) - god of Sheogorath (madness, chaos) cycle in Oblivion. Sheogorath had never been able to stop becoming Jyggalag. So, you, as an outsider became his Champion, and eventually after defeating Jyggalag, you became Sheogorath. Okay enough of that, but you get the idea.

So this play through does not involve walk throughs. I'm winging it just like I did with this character through ME1 and ME1. I made a bunch of mistakes with her. I'm watching this cutscene just before Kai Leng shows up, and I came to the conclusion that the catalyst is a person, not a thing. But who? Shepard? Possibility: the BSG II Kara Thrace theory -- Shepard is still dead. Or the plot device early in the game: show something early like a gun on a table you'd better have a use for it later in the game -- the boy in the vents, in the dreams? My guess is Cerberus has the body, or the boy is still alive and Cerberus has him.

Okay anyway Thessia is lost. Shepard just lost it on the Normandy. She blasted at Anderson who tried to calm her. Joker told her she was getting like she was just before Torfan, and she blasted him. Cerberus dies. Everyone in her way in Cerberus dies. Hey, it's role playing, right?

and why would TIM want Oriana? Well I guess I screwed that up by not seeing Miranda the first time. My guess is that if Miranda kills Shepard, TIM will release Oriana. Otherwise there would have been a quest to move Oriana earlier, which I missed. Oh well. So I guess Shepard is going to have to kill Miranda, wound Oriana, then kill Kai Leng. Then it's on to TIM to get the information, then to earth, then the end.
