What is wrong with my mouse

Something is going on with my mouse,it runs around on my screen if i try to aim or walk or anything sometimes i dont even touch it and shepard will just look everywhere.need some Technical help please.thanks

Make sure you have unplugged any gamepads, wheels and so on.
I do not know if that is your problem but sometimes gamepads make your games go crazy =)

I have the same problem occasionally too but it's not very consistent, happens about one in four games that I manage to connect to successfully.
But what I'm experiencing is that the movement of the mouse just suddenly becomes super delayed, so when I moved the mouse up and left, it would shoot off upwards (as if I have time to look up at the sky mid-battle) and then whiz to the left (as though a bee was near my face). And any form of "correcting" the direction just makes things worse and makes all sorts of delayed sight-seeing. So what I do is make the mouse perfectly still until the world stops moving and eventually (about half a minute) it would realign to it's normal sensitivity. Not a very good fix, but I hope someone can answer this post soon.
I was thinking this problem was to do with my machine not being powerful enough as it has trouble processing sudden turns accurately/without lagging a lot, but an alternative explanation would be very grateful

Do you have Origin in game enabled(it's on by default i think), if so try turning it of, i have this exact same problem if i turn it on.

Gamepad don't work in this game , I had my xbox controller plugged all the time and it do anything . I even tried to play on it but nope , you cannot use a gamepad 
A console port cannot play on a gamepad >_> , If someone tells me this is not a console port , give me a proof , lol
To the issue
This can be the pre frame things , default is 3 change it to 2 , i am not sure , just giving an advice .
nvidia conrtrol panel.
It can be something else , since i am playing at this moment with Let the software decide .
