okay, i beat the Dragon age journeys flash game, and have all the achievements but for some reason amulet of war mage doesnt appear in downloadable content..

and i checked this http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php to see my registered game promotions
even though on the dragon age journeys game, it says i unlocked it, it doesnt apear in DA:O when i log in
and it is the same account because embris pockets and helm work except for the amulet

can some one explain how i can get it
any help is appreciated.

I also have this problem, except when I go to my user_entitlements section it's labeled as "CATEGORIZED ITEM"

The other two items work though /shrug

Their FAQ said give them an e-mail to DAJourneys@gmail.com with the EA account you used in their flash game, along with the problem item, and they will credit your account. I did so and got a response within 24 hours and everything is normal. On that note, I still have an unrecognized item but have all the unlocks that I'm aware of

I had the same problem last week with Amulet of the War Mage, I sent an email to the DA:J team (DAJourneys@gmail.com) and they corrected the problem for me. I now have all 3 DA:J unlocks on my DA:O account.



The "Unrecognized Item" is a leftover from some recent site work, apparently it will be "corrected" sometime soon!

Lol ok where is the amulet of of the war??? I've never heard of that.

it says downloaded but it doesnt appear in the game ?
