(Please without spoilers, I know its says its allowed, but I havent finished the game yet, so I appreciate it if you don't, thank you guys for understanding)

Curious, can you transfer your DLC items you had in ME2, to ME3.  Like Weapons and armor. Like if you already have some of these weapons and armor in ME2. Can you use them for free in ME3? Without having to pay for them again (in-game wise). In particular, I'm curious if you can still transfer the Dragon Age Armor from ME2, into ME3. Can people still use that armor, or is that not in use anymore?

If I bought them already from ME2. I can't start using them already? Do I have to start all over again, and buy them from the in-game stores?

Yup you need to find/buy them. Sucks doesn't it? Especially since some of them aren't until the very end of the game.

But, you will get them from the start on a NG+ if you got them before.

But if you want to upgrade any weapon past VII you will need to find it again in NG+. Except the black widow, paladin, and the wraith. You, fortunately, only have to buy them once and are able to upgrade them to X in NG+.

wait does anyone know if Bioware is still using the dragon age blood armor for ME3. It sad if they dont. Its a really nice design of a armor.

It is in the game. But you have to buy it just like all the other DLC armors from ME2. Each costs around 50k and can be bought on the Citadel once you can visit the Presidium Commons and Lower Docking Bay. Except the Kestrel armor which are pieces you can find throughout the game.

edit: dang, ninja'd.

ah boy. I can see how that can get annoying. I do Recall in ME1. U were given all your stuff already, on your person why you replayed. Replay may get anoying then, if I have to refind certain weapons just to upgrade them.

hmm I've trying to find that armor, but I cant find it. Do you have to play on a transfer save from ME2, just to get the armor/buy it I mean?

You do start with all the weapons you found and can upgrade them to VII right out the door. But if you want them past VII you will need to find them. But, doing so does auto upgrade them to a certain level. Depending on whether or not you upgraded them in your last playthrough.

The Kestrel Armor was a modular armor DLC from 2 and appears throught 3 as different armor pieces. I don't know if you actually need the dlc from 2 though.

Kestrel is called Rosenkov Materials.  Helmet is still called Kestrel, and supposedly for sale on the Citadel, but I never found it (despite finding the store...)

Finding a weapon during NG+ that you already obtained in a previous playthrough seems to add about four or five levels of upgrades. I went in to Grissom Academy with a Level IV Eviscerator and it got upgraded to Level VIII when I "found" it again.

You can get everything from ME2 in stores, even if you didn't buy it when it was DLC (I can get the Blood Dragon and Collector Armor).

I really hope the Collector rifle will come back in single player. It sucked in ME2, but with all the upgrades you can make it now, it'll be devastating. And it would compliment the Collector armor so well when it's the only weapon attached. OH PLEASE BIOWARE!

If you get the From the Ashes DLC, you get the Prothean version of the gun.

A lot of armor sets are on the citadel at various vendor, including ME2 DLC.
