I just finished Dragon Age II using a warrior and a rogue already, and now want to finish as a mage, but I try to to play several times with the Force Mage and that experience end in an absolute boring waste of time, I personally love the Force Healer from the other DA but in this ocassion you cannot use dps spells while being healer and that is one thing I hate. So I want your opinion to see what will be my next mage and decide once and for all!
What specialization think it is best for mages?

There aren't that many options, so go for blood mage.

Blood mage is the best.
Secondary into Force Mage just to get the +50 fortitude and fist of the maker. Between that and hemhorrage it doesn't matter what you do unless you play nightmare. And even then it doesn't matter much.
Edit: You sure Fist gets locked out while you're in SH mode?

I agree blood with a secondary on force - at least full blood an Fist of The maker + Pull Of the Abyss maxed (pull them in, knock them down, bleed them.)

I would also suggest you look at the videos in this thread to get an idea of how Force spells should be used to your advantage.
The builds in the thread linked are created from a student of the Compendium and my personal advice.
