(Please without spoilers, I know its says its allowed, but I havent
finished the game yet, so I appreciate it if you don't, thank you guys
for understanding)

Curious, can you transfer your DLC items you
had in ME2, to ME3.  Like Weapons and armor. Like if you already have
some of these weapons and armor in ME2. Can you use them for free in
ME3? Without having to pay for them again (in-game wise). In particular,
I'm curious if you can still transfer the Dragon Age Armor from ME2,
into ME3. Can people still use that armor, or is that not in use
anymore?

You can purchase the armor sets. Weapons and miscellaneous armor pieces can be found and/or purchased throughout the game.
