Had this bug happen 2-3 times where all gfx effects won't show anymore. For example, I won't see fireballs or cloak will look as if I wasn't cloaked (same thing for geth hunter), I won't see my decoy, etc. The effects still do what they're supposed to (fireball will do damage). This will last for the whole game in multiplayer which is annoying. Haven't tried to replay a game (I just exit the game). I have played alot, (single and multiplayer) so this really doesn't happen often.

Windows XP SP3
GeForce GT 240 (1 gig memory), latest drivers installed.
