Whilst playing the single player last night, I noticed I was gaining alot of achievements. When I looked at my achievement list, I realised that all of them had gone, so I have to regain all of them. Wondering if this has been a problem elsewhere.

I had this problem yesterday morning.
I deleted and re-downloaded my profile and it seemed fine afterwards.

i had that issue with the first dragon age, i gave up trying to fix it and a year later when i popped the game in to play it overt hey reunlocked

System Settings > Memory > Profiles select your profile select delete profile
Press the Silver Guide button > Press X to sign in > Select recover gamertag > follow on screen directions
