My mage who has never died, has 2 injuries, now I know she has not been killed, and certainly not 2 times in one battle lol, I would have noticed, especially as I dont have wynne auto reviving the dead.
so is there a enemy skill that can cause these ? 
I asssumed they were only possible to pick up, through dying.

Have you been to Orzammar yet? Because a specific area there can give you injuries.

Thanks, and that is where I am, makes sence of course, given the history of the lyrium, but I never put 2 and 2 together lol.
