Diana Allers is more annoying than that merchant who shows up in Dragon Age to sell you DLC. What a pity that such shameless marketing stunts should intrude upon otherwise fabulous games.

I love you, BioWare, I really do. But sometimes you leave a dude confounded.

They could of gotten someone else to VO Diana Allers, you know... someone who actually is in the profession of voice acting, that actually deserves a chance to start in that kind of industry.

Yeah, that role could have gone to an actual actor who's worked their ass of trying to break into the industry. It's a shameless marketing ploy, and those drive me insane. But, it's the nature of the business.

To be fair to Ms. Chobot, she is a fan of the series and I can't blame her for taking the gig. It's BioWare's game and I put the blame on them for making a publicity grab instead of hiring a quality actor to voice what could have been an interesting character.

Diana Allers was clearly not voiced by an actual actor. I don't hate it the way some do, but it is the worst.

I'll always wonder if the original intent was to make you choose between Emily and Khalisa (or if it was just going to be Emily's role), before they decided on this publicity stunt.

Honestly, Allers is one of the only things in the game that grates on me.

I would have loved to have Emily Wong on the ship instead of Allers and finally be able to return that exclusive interview.

It takes a bad voice actor like Jessica Chobot for me to truly appreciate the amount of talent that must go into voice acting, I think. Not that I didn't already think the actors were good before, but they just seem so much better now; can't imagine how terrible I'd sound voice acting. Kinda depressing, actually, knowing that I'll never be able to sound as sexy as Garrus.

Didn't like the old guy at the end either, but he is gone in like 30 seconds and is played by someone with a better claim to fame than being an attractive gamer girl.
