 I have played plenty of games, leveled up to 17 on one character and bought 2 Spectre packs, a good few veteran packs and a couple of recruit packs. I have ONLY unlocked more character classes in all this time and have recieved no new weapons.

I thought it was supposed to be random!

It's got to the point now where this is getting tedious, Im running around with a level 17 human male engineer firing a peashooter at people and rolling backwards.

I've unlocked 6/12 new characters and there is no way I can carry on unlocking character level boosts and customisation options without knowing for certain that this isnt a bug. I've already burnt up several hours trying to get past this and its not happening, regardless of which pack I buy, of which even one of those spectre packs I got with MS points!

it is random. i have unlocked like 6 characters and only 1 weapon and i am level 15 with 2 different classes
