The sprightly young thing on the cover of the box was a much better Morrigan. I don't understand why they went for the 30-year-old-looking Morrigan instead. Maybe because it would look wrong if you played a very old char and romanced her? She looks a bit oily as she is now.

There are quite a few mods out there already that change her appearance to be either more appealing, or to look like the box/concept art.

Sure they can, I'm sure even 60 year olds can look attractive, particularly if you're older by comparison (men are typically attracted to youth, but youth is relative). But she's older than me in this case (I'm 25), and she looks older than my PC as well, and she looks oily, like she hasn't bathed in a while which is probably true. Anyway, she's a witch, she could have kept her younger-looking appearance magically and be any age you please. I forgot how touchy women can be about their age!

My guess is that once they got Claudia Black signed up to do the voicework, they reworked the models to make the model match the voice. Less cutesy, a little harsher.

I Love older women. I've been that way since I was 12 and had a crush on my 25 year old babe of an english teacher. It never seems to end, and exponentially, too. Well you forget I'm talking about a hypothetical Dragon Age that never came to be. They would, in such a case, resolve that inconsistency.

Probably the problem is that Claudia Black, the Morrigan's voice, is 37 years old. When I heard her I think in Claudia, not in a 20 years "babe".

I do equate sophistication with age, which is why I think she's a brat trapped in an older woman's body.
