A very odd decision from Bioware this one. It's not like it'd even require effort, just a still shot of the chosen LI. Not difficult at all.

I was also confused by this. It's probably a very easy thing to make and it'd make the ending feel sightly better... very slightly...

Even though my two preferred LIs are covered by the flashbacks as is, I think this is very reasonable, and it should have been in the game from the beginning. I can't imagine why the devs thought this would fly. Perhaps they thought people wouldn't compare notes, and assume that everyone got the Liara flashback??? It's part of the bigger picture of why the endings are lacking.

Yeah. Everyone gets a Liara flashback after you see Anderson. 

I agree. It's one of the many reasons why the endings were lacking and unsatisftying.

Actually, not everyone gets the Liara flashback, those who romanced Ashley or Kaidan get them instead.  EVERYONE else gets to see Liara.  

Obviously, if you romanced Liara, cool.  And if you didn't have a romance at all, I can see why it would default to her.  But if they could put the effort into making those five second scenes for two other love interests, why not all of them?  This is the big moment at the end of the game, everyone deserves an equal shout out to their choices.

Btw, I feel little srewed up because when I look on Liara romance scene and on Tali/Garrus I see difference betweem them. Liara have longest scene in game, damn even Traynor scene (2:00-2:10) have longer than Tali (1:27-1:30). <_<

Romance are really screwed up in ME 3.

Gosh, this is ridiculous and surprising! I was very happy to see my Shepard's beloved Kaidan in her flashback and I would have expected anyone who romanced another character to receive the same privilege.

Yeah they should sort that out too, they could easily add all the other LI's to the flashbacks when they do the ending dlc (if they bother.)

My 2nd Shep's Jack or Kelly Chambers! SO yeah I gotta say I support this too! Also isn't it supposed to have a flash back of like Your Shep's best friend on the Normandy in 3? Something about who ever you talked with the most or something? Because I don't ever see Garrus, Vega, or Wrex pop up and I talked to them all the time.

True. This incessant hinting that Liara's the canonical romance serves only to turn the once impartial against her character.

In games claming to be an rpg players will greet with emnity attempts to coerce the character along any one particular pathway. It's as if we're being punished for not loving Bioware's waifu; just pisses me off ultimately.

I was somewhat frustrated with this myself. I romanced Tali and through the game it showed that my shepard loved her. So why the hell is his last moments spent thinking of Liara? It just doesn't make sense. Was he having regrets about not picking Bioware's favorite? It's a small thing, but it caused me to like our asari scientist a little less then I used to
