My heart's all a flutter right now.

I knew there was a reason I tune in to him all the time whenever he casts SC2. Wait... this has no bearing on the topic.

I definitely agree with his sentiment. I'm surprised that people are leaping to the defense of a corporation when they have produced something that is sub-par.

If this is Bioware holding back the "true" ending for DLC it is despicable. We should have a real ending that came with the game. We were supposed to be able to "take back Earth" and "finish the fight with the Reapers".

Instead we get three nonsensical choices with 3 different colored cut scenes.

It's similar to what Forbes was saying.  A customer is within their rights to make their opinions known, and they can at least ask for something better.  The company doesn't have to change, they don't even have to acknowledge it, but it is our right to make our feelings known.  And artisitc integrity is not an absolute shield.  You have to at least take your licks.

I totally needed someone to tell me things I already know.

The fact that it's in video form, youtube no less, makes it even more legit.

You have the right to demand certain features in games. Stop thinking that you can't make demands of companies. Ignore the stupid comments about being "entitled". Call out companies who do something wrong and don't simply enable them.

Exactly. Bioware is free to side with artistic integrity, if that's really what this is about. But it comes with a price. Everything comes with a price.
